About this role:
Buzzle is a strategic partner in branding, marketing, and advertising for game-changing brands. We are seeking a Marketing Director who will work directly under the CEO, serving as the CEO's strategic representative both to brand partners and to internal teams on the ground. This role is not just about managing marketing. It is about leading alignment, safeguarding standards, and ensuring every division moves in one clear direction. You will act as the bridge between vision and execution, translating leadership strategy into structured performance across: 1. Branding 2. Marketing 3. Digital Ads 4. Visual 5. Account Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies across branding, content, ads, and campaign.
    • Ensure alignment between creative, strategy, and performance.
    • Drive measurable growth for brand partners.
  • Cross-Functional Management
    • Lead and mentor division heads.
    • Remove bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
    • Build strong internal collaboration culture.
  • Client Representation
    • Represent Buzzle in strategic meetings with key brand partners.
    • Present strategy, performance, and growth roadmap confidently.
    • Maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Performance & Accountability
    • Set KPIs and OKRs across marketing functions.
    • Monitor campaign performance and ensure accountability.
    • Maintain high execution standards and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in marketing agency leadership.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and paid ads performance.
  • Analytical thinker with strong business judgment.
  • Confident communicator and presenter.
  • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • High integrity, high ownership, high execution discipline.
  • Work from the office every day (weekday), office location in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
  • Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
