About this role:
Buzzle is a strategic partner in branding, marketing, and advertising for game-changing brands. As we scale, operational excellence becomes non-negotiable. We are building a high-performance ecosystem and we need a Head of Operations who can architect the system behind the vision. The Head of Operations will oversee and integrate the following divisions: 1. Finance, Accounting & Tax 2. HR, GA & Legal 3. Project Management This role is not administrative. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for building structure, financial discipline, operational clarity, and scalable systems. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the organization runs with precision, compliance, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Finance:
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
    • Ensure accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.
    • Monitor profitability per project, client, and division.
    • Build financial dashboards to support executive decision-making.
    • Implement cost control and capital allocation strategies.
  • Operational System:
    • Design and implement scalable SOPs across departments.
    • Optimize workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
    • Establish structured reporting and accountability systems.
    • Ensure documentation discipline and process consistency.
  • Project & Performance:
    • Supervise project management standards and resource allocation.
    • Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
    • Build risk mitigation and operational control frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in operations and finance leadership roles.
  • Strong background in Finance, Accounting, Strategic Finance, or Business Management.
  • Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Deep understanding of tax, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Experience building SOPs and scaling operational systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • High integrity and high ownership mindset.
  • Work from the office every day (weekday), office location in Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
  • Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
