About this role:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief of Staff, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Chief of Staff will act as the right hand to the CEO, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. This role combines strategic execution, operational management, and financial oversight, requiring a balance of analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing and tracking company priorities and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Overseeing budget planning, financial analysis, and expense control in coordination with the finance team.
  • Supporting business decisions with data-driven insights and financial projections.
  • Conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, and driving special projects.
  • Acting as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and follow-through.
  • Helping to streamline processes and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of KPIs, revenue goals, and profitability metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Notion, Asana, or ClickUp preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the marketing, branding, or advertising industry is highly beneficial.
