How to apply
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing and prioritizing communications effectively.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless time management.
Organize and manage personal and professional travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
Assist in managing household matters, errands, and personal tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Create, organize, and maintain a structured filing system for both personal and business needs.
Monitor and follow up on deadlines, projects, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently, proactively solving problems, and anticipating needs.
Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
Polished, neat, and presentable at all times.
Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
