Responsibilities:

Develop media planning strategy and budget allocation for campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee).
Define funnel strategy and target audience for each campaign.
Execute multi-platform campaigns according to the media plan that has been developed.
Perform campaign optimization across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads).
Prepare campaign performance reports strategically, focusing not just on numbers but on insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with the Digital Advertiser Analyst on daily optimization execution.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Ads/Media Planner (not an optimizer).
Strong understanding of developing media strategy and budget allocation across platforms.
Familiar with and proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads / CPAS Shopee.
Able to think strategically in designing funnels and audience targeting, not just running campaigns.
Experienced in leading campaign direction and providing data-driven recommendations to the team.
Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
