Responsibilities:

Run daily ad optimization across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads).
Monitor campaign performance in real time (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and adjust budget, targeting, or bidding as needed.
Conduct ad research, including creative references, competitor benchmarking, and the latest ad format trends.
Compile and prepare campaign performance reports on a regular basis.
Handle data entry and data visualization for internal and client reporting needs.
Coordinate with the Digital Advertiser Specialist on daily optimization results and insights.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ads Optimizer (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will also be considered).
Experienced in monitoring and optimizing campaigns independently on a daily basis.
Familiar with social media ads platforms and marketplace ads (Shopee).
Detail-oriented, quick to respond to changes in campaign performance, and comfortable working with large volumes of data.
Able to work with fairly dynamic daily deadlines.
Work from the office every day at One Belpark Office Building, Fatmawati, South Jakarta.
Able to bring your own working devices such as laptop.
