Responsibilities:
- Grow the Business: Identify and partner with new padel clubs, academies, and retailers to expand our market.
- Be Our Brand Ambassador: Promote and demonstrate our products directly to players and fans at tournaments and events.
- Hit Your Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and the community.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports or retail industry.
- Deep passion and knowledge for padel is a plus.
- A go-getter attitude: You're mobile, willing to travel, and love working in the field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to work with high mobility, traveling to visit clients and attend promotional events.
